the resort facilities were convenient, specifically the beach, gym, and lobby cafe. the room service was prompt. the room was always clean. there was a turn-down service including chocolates and tea. the pool and beach area are beautiful. the staff were really good, helpful and friendly.
the location on the palm is a bit far from the city entrance, it takes a while to get anywhere.

the resort facilities were great. i appreciated the beach and the gym. the room services were really good. the room was spacious with a large balcony. room cleaning occurred twice per day.
the pool area was not particularly nice. the external area on route to the pool was not pretty.
